Cylindrical, bullet-shaped POLYFORM® HL-buoys are specially designed to reduce drag when used under conditions with strong currents.
The special oval design and ribs along the body contribute to a lower drag and for the buoy to skip on the surface, instead of being dragged down in high currents, harsh weather and when retrieving the buoy.

The HL-buoys, designed with the original POLYFORM® rib reinforced ropehold, are robust and reliable buoys utilized by commercial fishermen in both inshore and offshore environments. Their durability makes them an essential tool for various marine applications.
In addition to their primary use as buoys, HL-buoys are also favored as fenders, particularly on boats with low freeboard, providing excellent protection and stability.

In line with our commitment to environmental sustainability, Polyform incorporates bio-sourced raw materials in the production of all our inflatable PVC products. This initiative has successfully reduced our CO2 footprint by 8%.
Bio-attributed materials are derived from renewable biomass, substituting fossil feedstock under the principles of mass balance.
