We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and ultimately generate leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

- Plan, execute, and optimize all digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, display advertising, etc.

- Monitor and analyze website traffic metrics to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations.

- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand visibility and engagement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success.

- Experience managing social media accounts for business purposes.
