Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a technical background in marine equipment to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to develop relationships with potential clients. This individual will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, creating proposals and providing customer service.
The duties and responsibilities of the Sales Representative include, but are not limited to:
- Developing a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.

- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.
- Analyzing customer needs and proposing solutions.
- Generating quotes and closing deals.

- Recording sales activity and updating databases with client information.
- Following up with customers for feedback on products or services offered.
- Participating in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the brand.
- Understanding competitors’ strategies and products to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to team goals.
- Introducing new products and keeping up to date with product information.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
- Developing strong relationships with existing customers and identifying potential prospects.
