Yes, we offer free delivery for orders that exceed a certain value depending on the city or current offers.  

We will send you a tracking number by mail or mobile as soon as the order is confirmed, and you can track its status from the 'My Orders' page.

It is very rare that our emails don't arrive, but if that happens, please first check your inbox (Junk / Spam), if not found then please contact our customer care team.

We update our inventory daily; the products you can buy online are available in our inventory. however, if this happens, we will send you an official notification and you can easily modify the order or get a fast refund easily.

Check with the carrier first, then ensure the location and address are correct, then contact us immediately if you haven't received it. We will help you solve the problem.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes, we accept return and exchange of products within 7 days for returns and 14 days for exchanges, provided that the product remains in its original condition and has never been used.  (terms and conditions apply)

We offer a 7-day return policy for all products, Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

No, if the items are in original condition there are no charges, however shipping back to us is covered by the customer.

Shipping 

Delivery takes 1 to 4 business days, depending on the shipping company.

All online Prices are inclusive of VAT, shipping and delivery charges will show on checkout. There are no other charges.

Just log in to your account, head to My Account and you can easily edit or add a new delivery address.

Warranty & Technical Support 

Benya Marine exclusively supplies authentic products, each accompanied by an official manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage varies by product type and may extend for up to six years. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse.
