Returns & Replacement

Yes, we accept returns and replacements of products within 7 days for returns and 14 days for exchanges, provided that the product remains in its original condition and has never been used. (terms and conditions apply)

We provide a 7-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5 -7 working days of receiving the returned item.

No, if the items are in original condition, there are no charges; however, shipping back to us is covered by the customer.

Whether you received an item that wasn't quite what you expected or something arrived in a bad condition, we're committed to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Shipping Address

The client may change the shipping address before the seller delivers the goods to the carrier, for an administrative fee of 35 riyals per shipment.

 

The procedures

In the event of pre-ordered products, the customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a refund within a maximum period of 7 days from the payment date. If the pre-ordered products are delayed beyond the date specified by the seller by more than 14 working days, the customer has the right to cancel the order. This excludes products for which licensing applications have been submitted to the relevant authorities.


If the customer requests a refund, the process takes up to 14 working days for the amount to be credited to their bank account. The customer must complete the exchange and return form and attach the required documents.


Wait for the management's approval of the refund request. The response will be within 3 working days, and the timeframe may vary during promotional days.


If the management approves, a shipping bill will be sent to the customer to print and place on the product. 

Special Cases


For products that require a special license:

The customer has the right to cancel and receive a refund within a maximum of two business days from the invoice date, provided that the license application has not been submitted to the relevant authorities.

For products that don't require a special license:

 The customer has the right to return within a maximum of three days and to exchange within a maximum of seven days from the date of purchase, bearing the cost of return shipping.


The customer has the right to replace without any additional costs in the following cases:

1. A manufacturing defect in the product.

2. Damage of the product due to shipping.

3. Receiving a product different from that stated on the invoice.


Case(s) in which products cannot be returned or replaced:

1. If there is more than one product on a single invoice and the return request is for a single product, split return.

2. Products for personal use, excluding items that were in their original condition at the time of purchase.

3. Marine equipment maintenance parts, unless they were in their original condition at the time of purchase
