Shipping Address
The client may change the shipping address before the seller delivers the goods to the carrier, for an administrative fee of 35 riyals per shipment.
The procedures
In the event of pre-ordered products, the customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a refund within a maximum period of 7 days from the payment date. If the pre-ordered products are delayed beyond the date specified by the seller by more than 14 working days, the customer has the right to cancel the order. This excludes products for which licensing applications have been submitted to the relevant authorities.
If the customer requests a refund, the process takes up to 14 working days for the amount to be credited to their bank account. The customer must complete the exchange and return form and attach the required documents.
Wait for the management's approval of the refund request. The response will be within 3 working days, and the timeframe may vary during promotional days.
If the management approves, a shipping bill will be sent to the customer to print and place on the product.
