Job Description: 

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a technical background in marine equipment to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to develop relationships with potential clients. This individual will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, creating proposals and providing customer service. 

The duties and responsibilities of the Sales Representative include, but are not limited to: 

  • Developing a strong understanding of the company’s products and services. 
  • Building relationships with current and potential clients through phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings. 
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.  
  • Analyzing customer needs and proposing solutions. 
  • Generating quotes and closing deals. 
  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the brand. 
  • Recording sales activity and updating databases with client information. 
  • Following up with customers for feedback on products or services offered.

Job Summary

We’re hiring a skilled, hands-on Marine Electronics Technician to install, diagnose, maintain, and repair marine electronic systems across various vessels. You’ll work on navigation, communication, and onboard systems—often on-site, under real-world conditions—so strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail are essential.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Install, configure, and commission marine electronics such as GPS, chartplotters, radar, sonar/fishfinder, VHF/AIS, autopilot, NMEA networks, and related onboard systems.

  • Diagnose faults using systematic troubleshooting, test equipment, and manufacturer tools; perform repairs or replacements to a high standard.

  • Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure reliability and compliance.

  • Produce clean wiring and labeling, proper cable routing, waterproofing, corrosion protection, and safe terminations.

  • Coordinate with operations/yard teams to ensure smooth integration with power systems, sensors, and vessel layouts.

  • Provide clear handover to customers: basic operation, best practices, and maintenance guidance.

  • Document work completed (service reports, test results, photos when needed) and update parts usage / inventory notes.

  • Follow safety procedures and marine industry standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

  • Diploma/technical certification in marine electronics, electrical/electronics, or similar (preferred).

  • Proven experience in marine electronics installation and troubleshooting.

  • Solid understanding of:

    • 12/24V DC systems, grounding, fusing, load calculation

    • NMEA 0183 / NMEA 2000, networking basics, sensor integration

    • Common marine equipment: GPS/plotters, radar, sonar, VHF/AIS, autopilot, audio systems

  • Comfortable using diagnostic tools (multimeter, clamp meter, testers) and configuration software.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset, neat workmanship, and high attention to detail.

  • Able to work independently and within a team, with professional customer communication.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as required.

Physical & Field Requirements

  • Able to lift and carry equipment (up to 25 kg) and work in confined spaces.

  • Comfortable working on vessels, docks, and yards in varying weather conditions.

Logistics & Supply Chain Manager

Position Purpose

The Logistics & Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing and executing end-to-end supply chain operations for imported marine and technical products. The role ensures full regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, smooth import processes, and accurate inventory control, while applying Lean operational principles.

Key Responsibilities

A) Import & Regulatory Compliance

  • Manage product registration through the SABER platform

  • Ensure proper issuance of conformity certificates (PCoC / CoC)

  • Verify and approve correct HS Code classification

  • Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance

  • Prevent customs penalties or shipment delays

B) Supplier & Procurement Management

  • Negotiate pricing and payment terms with international suppliers

  • Review and approve shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, B/L, etc.)

  • Ensure documentation complies with Saudi customs regulations

C) Logistics & Shipping Management

  • Manage sea, air, and land freight operations

  • Optimize freight costs and transit times

  • Track shipments until final warehouse receipt

D) Inventory Management

  • Maintain optimal stock levels

  • Prevent stockouts and excess inventory

  • Reduce slow-moving and obsolete stock

  • Ensure ERP inventory accuracy (Odoo preferred)

E) Process Optimization

  • Reduce operational waste

  • Improve working capital efficiency

  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
