Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Government Sales Manager to lead and grow our business within the government, defense, and semi-government sectors. This role will focus on managing government tenders through official procurement platforms, driving sales growth, and delivering tailored technical solutions to meet the needs of marine and security organizations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Government Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for government accounts across the Kingdom.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and technical committees.
  • Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and impactful presentations for government entities.
2. Tender & Bid Management

  • Monitor government tenders and requests for proposals (RFPs/RFQs) daily through procurement platforms.
  • Review tender specifications, prepare comprehensive technical and financial proposals, and ensure timely submission.
  • Coordinate the preparation of official authorization letters, documentation, compliance certificates, and necessary legal forms.
3. Technical Sales for Diving Equipment

  • Present and promote a diverse range of professional diving solutions, including:
  • High-pressure air compressors
  • Diving cylinders
  • Regulators and BCDs
  • Commercial diving helmets
  • Underwater communication systems
  • Decompression chambers
  • Specialized rescue and marine operations equipment
  • Collaborate with the technical team to validate specifications and support government evaluations.
4. Contract Execution & Client Support

  • Oversee product delivery, installation, commissioning, and training.
  • Follow up on warranty services, spare parts, and maintenance schedules with the service team.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships with government agencies.
5. Reporting & Performance Management

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline analyses.
  • Track win/loss ratios and continuously enhance bidding effectiveness.
  • Maintain updated records in CRM/ERP systems for all opportunities and tenders.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Government Sales within Saudi Arabia (experience in marine, safety, or technical equipment preferred).
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and tendering systems.
  • Technical knowledge of diving equipment and marine safety gear is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel across KSA.

Job Summary

We’re hiring a skilled, hands-on Marine Electronics Technician to install, diagnose, maintain, and repair marine electronic systems across various vessels. You’ll work on navigation, communication, and onboard systems—often on-site, under real-world conditions—so strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail are essential.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Install, configure, and commission marine electronics such as GPS, chartplotters, radar, sonar/fishfinder, VHF/AIS, autopilot, NMEA networks, and related onboard systems.

  • Diagnose faults using systematic troubleshooting, test equipment, and manufacturer tools; perform repairs or replacements to a high standard.

  • Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure reliability and compliance.

  • Produce clean wiring and labeling, proper cable routing, waterproofing, corrosion protection, and safe terminations.

  • Coordinate with operations/yard teams to ensure smooth integration with power systems, sensors, and vessel layouts.

  • Provide clear handover to customers: basic operation, best practices, and maintenance guidance.

  • Document work completed (service reports, test results, photos when needed) and update parts usage / inventory notes.

  • Follow safety procedures and marine industry standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

  • Diploma/technical certification in marine electronics, electrical/electronics, or similar (preferred).

  • Proven experience in marine electronics installation and troubleshooting.

  • Solid understanding of:

    • 12/24V DC systems, grounding, fusing, load calculation

    • NMEA 0183 / NMEA 2000, networking basics, sensor integration

    • Common marine equipment: GPS/plotters, radar, sonar, VHF/AIS, autopilot, audio systems

  • Comfortable using diagnostic tools (multimeter, clamp meter, testers) and configuration software.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset, neat workmanship, and high attention to detail.

  • Able to work independently and within a team, with professional customer communication.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as required.

Physical & Field Requirements

  • Able to lift and carry equipment (up to 25 kg) and work in confined spaces.

  • Comfortable working on vessels, docks, and yards in varying weather conditions.
